As we are all unique, my approach is person-centred and intervention is tailored to individual needs and problems. However, the options listed provide an idea of the type of intervention that might be best suited to you.
Short-term, solution focused interventions, usually 8 to 10 sessions.
The aim of this work is to clarify your goals for better mental health, identify the negative ideas that hold you back, process and clear past hurts and explore ideas and practices that promote wellbeing.
It can be very beneficial to add a Rapid Transformational Therapy session at the end of a psychotherapy block.
RTT® is an effective, intensive intervention, often only requiring 1 to 3 sessions.
RTT® can powerfully loosen the hold of negative, unwanted beliefs and install positive, wanted ideas in the mind. The gentle hypnosis helps to bypass conscious resistance, allowing the subconscious mind to receive new ideas. Think of it as a ‘mind make-over’.
This intervention uncovers the root cause of the problem, reframes this and provides a transformation or ‘reprogramming’ of the mind.
Sessions are available to adolescents and adults.
An intervention specifically for those who have reached a level of consciousness and mental health, but are looking for further personal growth – perhaps experiencing an existential crisis, or searching for wider and deeper meaning in life.
The focus is on clarifying your ideals and purpose in life, allowing new goals and dreams to emerge and connecting with your true self.
Sessions are available for adults.
The types of problems I treat include: -
anxiety disorders - self-esteem - low confidence - relationship issues - PTSD – work/career issues – financial concerns - body image - weight - eating problems - public speaking - demotivation – procrastination – stress – achieving goals – exams nerves – stress-related physical conditions - low mood.
